With four top-30 running backs out on bye this week, we're left with a handful of unusual names rounding out the top 10. Still, the likes of Justin Forsett, Ahmad Bradshaw, and Fred Jackson have been, at the least, dependable, and that's all you could really ask for at this point of the season. If you don't own one of them, however, the following list of sleepers should help you get through Week 7.
Fantasy football start/sit sleepers, Week 7: Running Backs
A lesser known group of names round out our list of sleeper running backs for Week 7.

Isaiah Crowell - Though Ben Tate received a much heavier workload in only his second week back from injury, the Cleveland Browns continue riding their offensive line to the tune of the second-most carries throughout the league. With that many touches, there are more than enough opportunities to go around for Crowell, who should be considered a high-end flex play against the pitiful Jacksonville Jaguars rush defense.
Carlos Hyde - Frank Gore may get all the headlines (and rightfully so), but Hyde has quietly received at least ten carries in each of the last three games. Look for the San Francisco 49ers to attempt to keep Peyton Manning off the field by handing the ball off an inordinate amount Sunday night against the Denver Broncos. If you're looking for a boom-or-bust type of play, feel free to flex Hyde with confidence.
James Starks - In their matchup against the Miami Dolphins last week, Starks received only one fewer snap than teammate Eddie Lacy. The Carolina Panthers have yet to stop any opposing running back from averaging more than 5 yards per carry, and it's a toss up whether this week's star will be Lacy or his counterpart. Take your chances and swing for the fences with Starks.
