Buffalo Bills running back C.J. Spiller has not had the best 2014 campaign. Through six games, Spiller hasn't run for more than 69 yards in any game and his lone touchdown came back in Week 1 through the air. Part of the issue is that he's not getting the ball enough. He's never carried the ball more than 15 times, splitting carries with 33 year-old Fred Jackson. But he still hasn't been too productive when he does get his opportunities, averaging an subpar 3.4 YPC. Jackson is averaging a whole extra yard more per carry.
Fantasy start/sit advice, Week 7: C.J. Spiller a mediocre flex option
C.J. Spiller has had a tough time getting anything going this year. Can he turn it around in Week 7?

Fantasy Impact: Spiller has a favorable matchup in the Minnesota Vikings and their Swiss cheese run defense that gives up the third most fantasy points to opposing running backs. However, owners should know better than to depend on Spiller for production. He can't be trusted as anything more than a mid-range flex option. The same goes for Fred Jackson.
