News from ESPN's Adam Schefter surfaced on Sunday that pegs Denard Robinson as the starting running back for the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday. The Jaguars backfield has been lethargic all season, with the team cracking 100 total rushing yards once all season. The "start" could simply be a formality, as the Jaguars will likely continue to search for a nonexistent hot hand out of their backfield throughout the game. The Cleveland Browns have given up a decent amount of production to running backs, but it's difficult to envision Robinson providing a needed spark for the Jaguars.
Jaguars RB Denard Robinson will start over Storm Johnson, provides murky fantasy outlook
The Jaguars are throwing darts for their starting running back at this point. Robinson gets the nod in Week 7. We take a look at the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: There isn’t much to work with here other than us having an NFL team handing the reigns (at least on paper) to a different running back this week. Deeper leagues with absolute desperation at the position could take a flier on Robinson, but there isn’t much to suggest he’ll have a breakout game. Anything is possible, of course. If you have an empty bench spot, you could give some rental space to Robinson for one week just in case. He’s an RB4 at best heading into Week 7.
