Detroit Lions running back Joique Bell did not practice on Thursday due to a concussion. He suffered the injury in Week 4 and has not yet been cleared for contact. Bell is unlikely to play against the Buffalo Bills in Week 5.
Reggie Bush set for a big fantasy day with Joique Bell missing practice
Joique Bell still isn’t cleared for Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

If Bell is indeed out, it'll likely be Reggie Bush getting the vast majority of the snaps. Bell has seen most of the short-yardage carries around the goal line, which would likely go to Bush now. The Lions did say that they are confident Bush can carry the load if they need him to.
The Bills have become a solid run defense and have shut down the likes of Chicago Bears running back Matt Forte and Houston Texans running back Arian Foster, and also kept the San Diego Chargers in check on the ground.
Fantasy impact: Things are set up nicely for Bush this week. He has to be played in all formats as a strong RB1, especially in PPR formats. Bell should remain owned in all leagues despite his slow start.
