Kansas City Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles was limited in practice on Thursday. He returned from a one-week absence due to his high-ankle sprain, dominating the New England Patriots on Monday with 108 yards from scrimmage and three touchdowns. He'll be in the starting lineup against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.
Fantasy owners don’t need to worry about Jamaal Charles
Jamaal Charles was limited in practice on Thursday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Charles had a slow start to his season and the 49ers have been very tough against the run. They dominated Philadelphia Eagles running back LeSean McCoy and the new pieces on their defense have really come together. Of course, Charles should still be able to turn in a nice stat line.
Knile Davis has been spectacular in every game the Chiefs have called his number, but he'll go back into a backup role and likely won't see more than eight touches per game as long as it's not a blow out and Charles is healthy.
Fantasy impact: It didn’t take long for Charles to remind fantasy owners why they grabbed him with a top-three pick. Even with the bad matchup, he’s still an obvious start. Davis has to remain stashed in all leagues. If Charles were to go down, there no other player on the waiver wire would come even close to what Davis could do.
