The Tennessee Titans are never going to be an offensive powerhouse, but not being able to put up points against Washington is a bad sign they'll be even a offense capable of producing a WR2 or RB2 in fantasy. They only made it into the red zone once in Sunday's 17-16 loss and never got into a rhythm.
Titans fantasy football recap: Bishop Sankey and offense stay quiet
The Titans couldn’t move the ball much against Washington. We break down the fantasy implications.

Charlie Whitehurst: Checkdown Charlie was up to his old tricks, completing 17 of his 26 passes for 160 yards, two touchdowns and one interception. He only completed one pass for more than 16 yards and rarely put the ball in the air for more than 10 yards.
Obviously, fantasy owners should be looking elsewhere. Almost every quarterback has carved up the Washington defense since they lost cornerbacks DeAngelo Hall and Duke Ihenacho to injuries. He's a QB3 on a good day with little upside and is probably back on the bench next week.
Bishop Sankey: The good news is that all the other running backs had a combined four carries. On the other hand, Sankey didn't capitalize on his 16 totes, rushing for just 56 yards and no scores. He also was targeted just once in the pass game and it was incomplete.
The Titans really need to get Jake Locker back under center, but things do not look great for Sankey even if he's going to be featured. Shonn Greene (hamstring) should be back soon, and the Titans face the Houston Texans in Week 8, get a bye in Week 9, go against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 10 and take on the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 11 on Monday Night Football. Sankey is more of a stash and fantasy owners can't really play him right now.
Dexter McCluster: He had a lost fumble today and really hurt his team in the loss. McCluster finished with just one carry for -1 yard to go with one catch for 6 yards. Obviously, he's not going to get the ball with these types of lines. He can be ignored almost everywhere.
Kendall Wright: Checkdown quarterbacks are usually bad, but it works out okay for Wright. He put up six receptions for 68 yards and one score on his nine targets. Wright is fast, but he doesn't stretch the field and is used mostly on short routes in the slot. On his touchdown, he was able to get some yards after the catch to make his fantasy day.
He really needed a big game after just one catch for 6 yards against an awful Jacksonville Jaguars team in Week 6. He has at least five catches in five of his seven games and has been fairly reliable in PPR leagues in each of the past two seasons.
Delanie Walker: He was targeted five times, but it only yielded two catches for 17 yards. Walker had been effective with at least eight fantasy points in PPR leagues in every week before today, so he gets a pass. Fantasy owners can continue to view him as a low-end TE1, but he's probably not going to put up many huge lines.
