The Denver Broncos cruised to a 42-17 victory over the San Francisco 49ers in Week 7. Peyton Manning set the all-time record for most touchdown passes as he added four to his career total on Sunday night.
Broncos fantasy recap: Peyton Manning, Demaryius Thomas go off in Week 7
It was just another game for the Broncos offense, as they put up 42 points on the 49ers. We break down the fantasy implications.

Despite playing one of the league’s better defenses, Manning and his offense had no trouble moving down the field. Let’s look at the fantasy performances from Week 7.
Peyton Manning: Manning completed 22 of 26 passes for 318 yards and four touchdowns. It was his second game of the year with four touchdowns and his third with 300-plus passing yards. There’s not much else you can say about his fantasy value. Manning is a quarterback you can count on every week, and he’s always a great option for your daily fantasy sports lineups.
Ronnie Hillman: Getting the start again with Montee Ball out, Hillman rushed for 74 yards and two touchdowns on 14 carries and caught four passes for 29 yards. He made a nice cutback for a 37-yard score in the third quarter, and his second touchdown came right at the goal line. Hillman's presence in the backfield seems to be helping the offense function as a whole, which wasn't the case when Ball was in the No. 1 spot. He has a tougher matchup with the San Diego Chargers next week, but you want to start as many Broncos as you can.
Demaryius Thomas: Another monster performance from Thomas, finishing with 171 yards and two touchdowns on eight receptions. Since his bye week, Thomas has 26 receptions for 521 yards and five touchdowns. Those are staggering numbers. Hopefully you didn't sell him early. Like Manning, Thomas is as reliable as it gets as his position.
Emmanuel Sanders and Wes Welker: Sanders caught his first touchdown as a Bronco, finishing with three receptions for 41 yards and a score. There were two plays in the end zone where Sanders drew pass interference, so he easily could've scored two or three times.
Welker caught three passes for 50 yards and a touchdown. Most of the damage came on a 39-yard score in the first quarter. Manning tends to feed his receivers coming off down weeks , with Welker catching one pass in Week 6. Sanders holds WR2 value every week, while Welker is still finding his role in this year’s offense. He’s at least worth a flex play.
Julius Thomas: The only star to miss out on the scoring party, Thomas caught four passes for 27 yards. He is a bit more touchdown-dependent than the others in this offense, but Thomas scores almost at will at times. You should fully expect him to find the end zone in Week 8.
