Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Harry Douglas (ankle) did not practice on Wednesday, according to the team's official website. Douglas hasn't played since Week 3 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, a game where he scored his first and only touchdown of the season.
Harry Douglas stayed on the sidelines at practice, remains doubtful for fantasy owners
The veteran Falcons receiver hasn’t played since Week 3 and his Week 8 status doesn’t look good either. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: Over his years in Atlanta, Douglas has been a big and reliable target, usually finding his way down the middle of the field and acting as a safety valve kind of option behind Julio Jones and Roddy White. This year, Douglas has also had to make room to get teammate Devin Hester into the mix.
With the Falcons' offensive line presently struggling to provide adequate protection for quarterback Matt Ryan, the team's production through the air is off a ways from what fantasy owners are used to seeing.
That means that even if Douglas is ready to go, he's probably not a good option for fantasy owners against a good Detroit Lions defense. Those that need a receiver for Week 8 should be looking elsewhere.
