Well the rookie wall does exist, apparently. Perhaps no player in football during the preseason created a bigger buzz than New Orleans receiver Brandin Cooks. He was racking up the yards with big plays while receivers Marques Colston and Kenny Stills were quiet.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 8: Brandin Cooks
Brandin Cooks was a big letdown against the Lions last week. Should fantasy owners expect a bounce-back game on Sunday?

Now, he hasn't scored since Week 1 and has three games with three or less fantasy points in standard leagues. Plus, he's coming off a season-low three targets against the Detroit Lions. Excluding the opener, his numbers are just brutal.
However, he gets some home cookin' against the Green Bay Packers this week. The Pack have actually been a very good defense and have been the third-toughest matchup. However, the only two double-digit-target games for Cooks have been the home games. Plus, the Saints will need to pass the ball a ton.
Fantasy impact: He’s obviously going to be risky, but fantasy owners should consider him as a WR3 in PPR leagues. He’s not a must-own player, though.
