The bye weeks of Eli Manning and Colin Kaepernick might have you scrounging the bottom of the barrel for replacements, albeit for this week or the rest of the season. Feel free to pickup and start these next few players with confidence.
Fantasy football sleepers, Week 8: Quarterbacks
If you’re still searching for Week 8 quarterback replacements, these names could help you even beyond that.

Carson Palmer - The Philadelphia Eagles might be 5-1, but they can still be exploited through the air. Even after a stellar performance against the New York Giants, the Eagles are allowing an average of 278 yards and two touchdowns to opposing quarterbacks. It should also be noted that Palmer has thrown multiple touchdowns in every game he's started this season. Consider him a sneaky QB1 play.
Ryan Tannehill - Since being threatened to hold a clipboard for Matt Moore prior to their game against the Oakland Raiders, Tannehill has averaged over 300 total yards and two touchdowns per game. Not only that, but he's also managed to complete a whopping 72 percent of his passes since that fateful afternoon in London. Whether the Miami Dolphins continue to contend is one thing, but either way, Tannehill should remain in your lineup. Consider him a low-end QB1 in any format.
Teddy Bridgewater - Being named starter, Bridgewater came out against a putrid Atlanta Falcons defense and finished with 334 total yards. After suffering an ankle injury, he sat out against the Green Bay Packers in a short week, only to return and face-off against the Detroit Lions and Buffalo Bills. Fortunately, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and their defense aren't comparable to those other two, and Bridgewater's stock can't get any lower. He should bounce back in a big way in Week 8. Look for Bridgewater to produce QB2 numbers.
