Witha bevy of mid-tier receivers on bye, you might still be digging for a few off-the-radar plays going into Week 8. If that is the case, you should be able to depend on each of the following players to produce above their current value.
Fantasy football sleepers, Week 8: Wide Receivers
You might be down, but you’re certainly not out if any of these receivers remain available for Week 8.

Pierre Garcon - For several weeks, Andre Roberts and DeSean Jackson were the most targeted receivers in Washington. That remained true until two weeks ago, when Garcon compiled consecutive games with six targets and a touchdown. Against a Dallas Cowboys secondary allowing 6.1 yards per play, look for that streak to continue.
Mohamed Sanu - There's no denying the Cincinnati Bengals offense has stalled without A.J. Green in the lineup. But even as they've produced next to nothing, Sanu has accumulated 23 targets in the two games Green has missed. Whether the Bengals are playing from behind or not, look for Sanu to remain an integral part of their offense this week against the Baltimore Ravens.
Jordan Matthews - While most might lean towards Jeremy Maclin (as well they should), Matthews remains the much better fade play going into Week 8. The Arizona Cardinals secondary has remained quite generous throughout the season, allowing the second-most passing yards per game. That should leave enough opportunity for Matthews, who has finished with at least six targets in every game since Week 3. Consider him an under-the-radar WR3 and flex play in Week 8.
