Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is listed as probable for Week 8 against the St. Louis Rams. He is dealing with a ribs injury that had him a limited participant all three days in practice this past week. It would be a big surprise if he does end up missing the game at this point, though it wouldn't be a shock to see his workload limited.
Travis Kelce injury update: Chiefs TE probable; has decent fantasy value
Kelce is probable with a ribs injury. We break down the fantasy implications.

The Chiefs have been hesitant to give Kelce more snaps, capping him just under 60 percent for much of the season. He has 24 receptions for 307 yards and three touchdowns on the year. Kelce has big-play ability, so his lack of snaps is disappointing, but coming off microfracture surgery in his rookie year, it’s not unexpected.
Fantasy Impact: Fantasy owners want Kelce to get more snaps so he has more opportunities, but it's not likely to happen this week. It'd be surprising if he's inactive for this game, but fantasy owners can likely expect him to get right around the 53 percent of snaps he got against the San Diego Chargers. He's still worth starting, though.
