St Louis Rams tight end Jared Cook hasn't been much of a fantasy asset this season. Cook has caught at least four passes in all but one game but he hasn't been able to make many plays when he gets the ball. He's only exceeded 56 yards receiving in two games and hasn't found the end zone once this year. He's a freak athlete with 4.49 wheels but hasn't been able to put it all together in his six years in the league.
Fantasy start/sit advice, Week 8: Jared Cook is an uninspiring TE play
Jared Cook hasn’t been a fantasy difference-maker. Can he step it up in Week 8?

Fantasy Impact: Cook has more value in PPR leagues than in standard. While he sees a healthy number of targets, his inconsistency and lack of chemistry with quarterback Austin Davis limit his upside. The Rams take on the Kansas City Chiefs and their defense, which gives up the ninth-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends. Owners in PPR formats could play Cook as a low-end TE2, but he's limited to low-end Flex value in standard leagues.
