The Philadelphia Eagles lost 24-20 to the Arizona Cardinals in a game that came down to the closing minutes in Week 8. Despite finishing with 521 yards of offense, the Eagles still scored only two touchdowns on Sunday.
Jeremy Maclin and Nick Foles team up for huge fantasy numbers in Eagles loss
The Eagles offense put up 521 total yards in Week 8’s loss. We break down the fantasy implications.

Nick Foles threw for over 400 yards but couldn't find the end zone enough to get the win. Let's take a look at his performance and some of the other notable fantasy names from Philadelphia.
Nick Foles: He completed 36 of 62 passes for 411 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions. It was his first 400-yard game of the year and only second with over 300 yards passing. Both of Foles' touchdowns went to Jeremy Maclin, as the duo seemed to be more in-sync on the deep ball. He's a QB1 in Week 9 against a weaker Houston Texans secondary.
LeSean McCoy: Although his fantasy numbers still didn't live up to his hype, McCoy did manage 4.0 yards per carry against one of the toughest run defenses in the NFL. McCoy finished with 97 total yards on 24 touches. The volume is promising, and McCoy gets a much better matchup for Week 9. It's still a smart idea to try to buy low if you can.
Jeremy Maclin: The Eagles' No. 1 receiver absolutely went off with 12 receptions for 187 yards and two touchdowns. His second score of the day came on a perfect 54-yard pass in the end zone to beat Jerraud Powers. Maclin went through the concussion protocol after a collision with Patrick Peterson, but he was cleared and went back in the game. Maclin was targeted 16 times by Foles and remains a WR1 going forward.
