Antone Smith (stinger) doesn't expect to miss any game action when the Atlanta Falcons come off their bye and face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 10, according to ESPN's Vaughn McClure. Smith left the team's Week 8 loss to the Detroit Lions with the injury.
Antone Smith feels fine after suffering stinger, fantasy owners can breathe easy
The Falcons’ pass-catching running back says he’ll be OK when the team comes off its bye week. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: After scoring touchdowns in five of his first six games, Smith has come up empty-handed in the last two games. He’s made a surprisingly big impact with limited touches, most of which come via the passing game.
Smith has shown a certain explosiveness and made some incredible plays this season, which have put him on the fantasy radar in deep leagues that reward receptions. That said, the Falcons have used four rushers this season including Steven Jackson, Devonta Freeman and Jacquizz Rodgers, which limits Smith's upside.
With the Falcons’ struggling as a team, Smith could be a surprise performer to end the season should the team start looking forward to 2015. For now, fantasy owners can afford to wait a bit before adding him to the roster.
