Matt Asiata, Jerick McKinnon struggle to score fantasy points in Week 5
The Vikings offense looked rough on Thursday night, including their run game. We break down the fantasy implications.

McKinnon added three receptions for 22 yards to his stat line. Asiata was targeted three times but failed to record a reception. Both running backs were a disappointment after seeing them destroy the Atlanta Falcons defense in Week 4.
Fantasy impact: Well, this was a bit of a step back from their last game. McKinnon exploded in Week 4 and appeared to be ready to handle an expanded workload going forward. He didn’t see any snaps early on Thursday night, and it was clear the coaching staff is not going to feed him the ball often when the team is playing in comeback mode.
Asiata actually looked decent running the ball, averaging 4.8 yards per carry. That’s a far better mark than we’re used to seeing from him. He’s still the back to own in Minnesota. McKinnon is worth holding.
