Detroit Lions running back Joique Bell is unlikely to play against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday. He suffered a concussion against the New York Jets in Week 4 and has not gone through practice all week.
Joique Bell unlikely for Sunday; Reggie Bush has chance to shine in fantasy
Joique Bell is unlikely to play on Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

He’s been cleared for physical activity and still has a tiny chance to play. The Lions have not discussed his status in the NFL-mandated concussion protocol, but not going through practice at all doesn’t bode well for his chances to play.
That means it'll be the Reggie Bush show on Sunday. The team has already said that he will be busy and is confident that he can handle a featured role. Bush has been a featured back in a few instances, but the Lions may use some Theo Riddick, who is dealing with a hamstring and also in doubt.
Fantasy impact: Start Reggie Bush. He’ll be used a ton in the passing game and should get at least 15 carries. Bell should remain owned in all leagues.
