Baltimore Ravens running back Bernard Pierce (thigh) is expected to play against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday. He missed Week 4 against the Carolina Panthers as a precaution, but went through a full week of practice.
Bernard Pierce expected to play, still too risky in fantasy
Bernard Pierce is expected to play against the Colts. We break down the fantasy implications.

It smells a little fishy with Pierce and his thigh injury. He's been outplayed by Justin Forsett and Lorenzo Taliaferro, so he may wind up third on the depth chart. Technically, Pierce has a strained quad and did not play in Week 3. He is also expected to be eased back into his role, which means he's unlikely to get more than eight carries or so this week.
Fantasy impact: The Ravens have become more confident in Forsett and he’s worth a look as a flex this week. Taliaferro is more of a stash than Forsett right now, but neither is worthy of ownership in most 10-team leagues. The Ravens’ offense looks good, though, so there’s some upside.
