Carolina Panthers wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin has been excellent for the team this season, which is a relief given that you couldn't find a more receiver-needy team in the league prior to the 2014 NFL Draft. But Benjamin, a first-round pick, has caught 38 passes for 571 yards and five touchdowns on the season. He leads the team in yardage and is tied with tight end Greg Olsen in touchdowns.
Fantasy football sit/start advice, Week 9: Kelvin Benjamin
Benjamin has been solid this year and is looking forward to another big game against a suspect Saints defense. We break down the fantasy implications.

Benjamin didn't manage to find the end zone against the Seattle Seahawks in Week 8, but he did catch four passes for 94 yards while being covered primarily by Richard Sherman. It's disappointing he didn't get a touchdown, but he's looking forward to a Week 9 match against a suspect New Orleans Saints defense. The Saints have allowed nine touchdown receptions in four road games and aren't particularly good against opposing wide receivers.
Fantasy Impact: In other words, Benjamin should benefit from the fact that the Saints allow almost 30 points per game to wide receivers in fantasy. They have the No. 31-ranked passing defense in the league, allowing 289.3 passing yards per game. Benjamin is a must-start any week and especially so for this game.
