Things were not looking great for New Orleans Saints receiver Brandin Cooks before last week. He was targeted just three times in Week 7, but then busted out in Week 8 against the Green Bay Packers.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 9: Brandin Cooks
Brandin Cooks had a big bounce-back game on Sunday. Will fantasy owners want to use him again this week?

The Saints used him for carries and a number of different routes on his way to six catches, 98 yards and two scores on his seven targets. He was also targeted 12 times in Week 6, so that Week 7 dud looks like a fluke.
This week, he gets one of the best matchups against the Carolina Panthers, who rank 26th in fantasy points allowed to receivers. They give up a ton of deep balls, so things are really looking up for him.
Fantasy impact: The short week is a big deterrent for a young guy, but he’s a solid WR3 with very nice upside. If you have safe, reliable options, Cooks should probably be on your bench in most cases.
