St. Louis Rams running back Zac Stacy has been quiet so far this season after a breakout in his rookie season. It doesn't really help that his team has dealt with some quarterback issues, but the Rams were at least able to post 31 points in Week 3 against the Dallas Cowboys.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 5: Zac Stacy
Zac Stacy hasn’t lived up to the billing so far. Is it worth starting him in fantasy this week?

Stacy and the Rams are coming off a bye and will look to get the ground game going. The Vanderbilt product had 19 touches in Week 2, 17 touches in Week 3, and he did yield 192 total yards and one touchdown, so he’s likely put his lackluster Week 1 behind him.
The Rams get a nice matchup for their offense as they travel to Philadelphia to face the Eagles. Philly is having some success in rushing the passer so far this year, so the ability to establish the run is essential for STL.
Fantasy impact: He seems to have separated himself from backup running back Benny Cunningham and should re-assert himself as a must-start back in fantasy this week. He's an extremely strong RB2 and should be in just about all lineups.
