Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Terrance Williams had a lot of promise coming out of Baylor, but hasn't always showed it in his two-year career. His hot-and-cold streak continued in Week 4, when he had one of his hot games. Williams burned the New Orleans Saints for six catches, 77 yards and two touchdowns, helping the Cowboys quickly put the game out of reach.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 5: Terrance Williams
Terrance Williams found paydirt two more times in Week 4. Will he keep it up? We look at his Week 5 matchup with the Houston Texans.

Through four games, Williams has 14 catches for 179 yards and four touchdowns. As the second passing option in Dallas’ run-first defense, he hasn’t always had reliable targets.
Fantasy impact: Williams has the advantage of seeing lots of single-coverage opposite Dez Bryant, but he hasn't always capitalized. His boom-or-bust tendencies will likely continue in Week 5, when the Cowboys host the Houston Texans. Houston has a decent pass defense, but its biggest weakness is in the ground game, where it is giving up an average of 130.3 rushing yards per game.
With that in mind, look for the Cowboys to continue riding DeMarco Murray and their elite offensive line. Williams is a good red zone option who already has four scores, but he still hasn't quite found the consistency needed to be a weekly fantasy starter. Consider him a WR4 with WR3 upside if he finds the end zone.
