Consistency is typically an issue for any rookie wide receiver but Cooks is in a great position to establish himself as a key cog in a high power offense. Owners who were on the fence about Cooks this week should consider that he has a juicy match up in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who give up the most points to opposing wide receivers. Cooks is a legit WR3 who could easily flirt with WR2 production in Week 5.
