Jeremy Maclin caught five passes for 76 yards and a touchdown in Week 5 against the St. Louis Rams. He led the Philadelphia Eagles with 11 targets, the fourth time this year he’s seen at least that many targets.
Jeremy Maclin scores big again for fantasy owners in Week 5
Maclin continued his hot streak in 2014 with another touchdown reception. We break down the fantasy implications.

Maclin’s 24-yard touchdown came against blown coverage in the third quarter. The Rams literally did not cover him. It was his fourth game with a touchdown in 2014.
Fantasy impact: As the clear-cut No. 1 target in the Eagles passing game, Maclin is going to be a high-upside WR1 every week. Several of his touchdowns have come against blown coverage, as he continues to sneak by coverage and find himself wide open downfield.
Nick Foles still doesn’t look as sharp as he did in 2013, so Maclin’s value could be even higher if this duo can break open more big plays. The Eagles face the New York Giants in Week 6. Maclin’s DFS price hasn’t been too pricey for his return. Owners should take advantage of that.
