Tom Brady completed 23-of-35 passes for 292 yards and two touchdowns against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 5. Brady set a season-high in passing yards and scored multiple touchdowns for the first time in 2014.
Tom Brady proves fantasy owners wrong with Week 5 performance
Apparently Brady did not care for all the negative talk surrounding his play after last week. We break down the fantasy implications.

The New England Patriots looked completely inept last week, but better protection and more two-tight end sets on offense on Sunday night, Brady was able to keep the chains moving.
Fantasy impact: With more Rob Gronkowski, an impressive ground game, and an expanded role for Tim Wright, the Patriots were rolling on offense. It’s still shocking to hear it took five games for Brady to finally throw multiple touchdown passes, but that’s how 2014 has gone for this team.
There’s still concern about Brady going forward (he is 37 now), but his performance in Week 5 at least put some of the worry to rest for now. He remains a QB2 and should be able to post another decent stat line against the Buffalo Bills in Week 6.
