Kyle Orton and the Buffalo Bills passing game failed to find a rhythm Thursday night against the Miami Dolphins. Orton completed 22-of-39 passes for 193 yards, but wide receiver Chris Hogan was still able to grab nearly a third of his completions to lead the Bills in receiving in Week 11.
Fantasy football waiver wire, Week 11: Chris Hogan leads Bills in receiving
There were few bright spots coming from the Bills offense on Thursday night, but Chris Hogan posted decent numbers for the second straight week. We break down the fantasy implications.

Hogan finished with seven receptions for 74 yards on nine targets. Both numbers were career highs for the second-year receiver. He only trailed Bryce Brown in targets.
Fantasy impact: Hogan has now caught at least five passes in four of his last five games, and he’s finished with at least 11 fantasy points in each of those matchups. He’s still flying under the radar in fantasy circles, but Hogan looks like someone worth adding for PPR owners.
With 16 targets over the last two weeks, Hogan has seen almost the same number of looks as Sammy Watkins. He’s outplaying the rookie wide receiver while seeing less attention from opposing secondaries. If you’re in a PPR league in need of a flex or WR4, Hogan should be on your roster.
