Carolina Panthers wide receiver Philly Brown wasn't very involved in the team's offense Sunday, only catching one pass. Of course, that one catch went for 47 yards and a touchdown, so Brown did still end up with 10 fantasy points on the day as the Panthers lost to the Atlanta Falcons, 19-17.
Fantasy football waiver wire, Week 12: Philly Brown scores on his 1 catch
The Carolina receiver had a long touchdown Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Brown has only had more than two catches in a game once all season, and Sunday was his first game with more than 8 yards since Week 4. His 47-yard reception Sunday in the fourth quarter did account for one of Carolina’s only two touchdowns in the game.
Fantasy impact: Brown is most famous this season for a crazy punt return touchdown in Week 5. That will likely hold, as a single fluky catch that happened to go for a touchdown generally doesn’t portend great fantasy usefulness down the road.
If you happened to have Brown in your lineup Sunday ... well, you’re weird. And you should drop him before Week 12, because that isn’t happening again.
