Buffalo Bills running back Fred Jackson expects to play in Sunday's Week 12 game against the New York Jets, according to the team website. Jackson has a knee injury that forced him out of Buffalo's Week 11 game against the Miami Dolphins. Jackson tweaked the injury in practice Tuesday prior to the game, and didn't have enough time to rest given that it was a Thursday game.
Fred Jackson expects to play Sunday; fantasy value iffy with tough matchup against Jets
Fred Jackson has a knee injury, but he expects to play Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Head coach Doug Marrone said Jackson would have been able to play in Week 11 had the game been Sunday as opposed to Thursday. That's a good sign he'll be back in action against the Jets in Week 12. Anthony Dixon and Bryce Brown carried the load in Jackson's absence, and the pair only managed to put up 49 yards against the Dolphins.
Fantasy Impact: Jackson has been solid this season, carrying the ball 58 times for 249 yards and a touchdown. Obviously, those stats aren’t going to blow anybody away, but the 4.3 yards per carry is decent and he definitely has some fantasy value. New York has a solid run defense though, allowing just 83.2 rushing yards per game, good for fourth in the league. Jackson should play, but he faces a tough matchup.
