Denver Broncos wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders (concussion) did not practice on Wednesday, according to a report by ESPN's Jeff Legwold. Sanders caught five passes for 102 yards and a touchdown before leaving the team's Week 11 game against the St. Louis Rams in the third quarter.
Emmanuel Sanders sits out practice on Wednesday; fantasy status questionable
The Broncos’ reliable possession receiver suffered a concussion in Week 11 and did not practice on Wednesday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: The injury is a tough break for Sanders and the Broncos, since he has been one of the most consistent weapons in the team's offense this season. He got off to a good start while teammate Wes Welker served a suspension and never looked back.
Sanders has yet to pass the league's concussion protocol, so it doesn't look likely that he will practice on Thursday either. He will have to pass a series of tests and be declared symptom-free in order to play in Week 12 against the Miami Dolphins.
Considering all of the hurdles in Sanders’ way, fantasy owners should be prepared to put him on the bench and start another receiver.
