Arian Foster returns to practice Wednesday, looks set for fantasy start
The Texans’ top rusher practiced on Wednesday and it looks like he’ll play in Week 12. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: Rookie Alfred Blue did an exceptional job filling in for Foster last week, rushing for a career-high 156 yards on a whopping 36 carries. That said, everyone knows the starting job in Houston’s backfield, when he’s healthy, belongs to Foster.
Although he has proven to be fairly injury prone over the last number of years, this season included, Foster has been arguably the best running back in the league when he is in the lineup. He has six 100-yard-plus games under his belt this season to go along with seven rushing touchdowns. Throw in the 26 catches for 229 yards and three touchdowns he has in the passing game and fantasy owners have got themselves quite a running back.
Coach Bill O'Brien fully expects Foster the play this week against the Cincinnati Bengals, the team that gives up the second-most fantasy points to running backs this season. It goes without saying that even if Foster isn't at 100 percent, fantasy owners need to put him in their lineup.
