With eight of the top 25 receivers on bye this week, it’s no surprise you’re looking for someone, anyone, to insert into your lineup. If you’ve become desperate, the following wide receivers could potentially produce during Week 9 and beyond.
Fantasy football sleepers, Week 9: Wide Receivers
For whatever reason, these wide receivers are still available on your waiver wire. Ignore them another week at your own discretion.

Allen Robinson - That one significant week from Cecil Shorts might stand out, but it's Robinson who has quietly pieced together seven consecutive weeks of at least 4 receptions and 7 targets. The touchdowns weren't there before, but having scored in back to back contests, it appears Blake Bortles is finally favoriting another receiver other than Shorts. Look for Robinson to continue his dominance in PPR leagues.
Rueben Randle - Though his teammate, Odell Beckham, has garnered most of the recent attention, Randle has continued to stack the most opportunities. Having seen at least nine targets since Week 3, it's only a matter of time before the former LSU recruit has his breakout party. With the sixth-most red zone targets in the league, Randle should finally produce his fair share of numbers against an injury-riddled Indianapolis Colts secondary.
DeAndre Hopkins - It certainly doesn't hurt that Andre Johnson is questionable, but even if the Houston Texans number one receiver does manage to play, Hopkins has finished with more fantasy points than his counterpart in seven of eight contests. He hasn't reached the end zone since Week 4, but that shouldn't be a problem as long as the yards continue to pile. Bank on that streak coming to an end against the Philadelphia Eagles this Sunday.
