The Tampa Bay Buccaneers may have finally fixed their passing attack. Quarterback Josh McCown is back and rookie wide receiver Mike Evans has exploded as the hottest rookie receiver in the league -- that's saying something this year.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 12: Vincent Jackson
Vincent Jackson and the Bucs get a nice matchup against the Bears. Should fantasy owners have him locked into their lineups even with Mike Evans stealing his thunder?

It's not just those guys and receiver Vincent Jackson is also starting to come around. Last week was a bad example and he was only targeted four times, but he was targeted a whopping 12.5 times per game in his previous two games. Teams will probably be keying on Evans more, so expect Jackson to get more single coverage.
This week, they get a mediocre matchup against the Chicago Bears. They rank as the 16th-easiest matchup for fantasy receivers on the season, but there has been a downward trend i the past two weeks. It is expected to rain in Chicago on Sunday, but the wind shouldn't be too bad at around 21 miles per hour.
Fantasy impact: Jackson is worth starting in most leagues as a strong WR2.
