The New England Patriots seem to always have an unexpected guy bust out. This year, it is former perennial bust receiver Brandon LaFell and he's emerged as a secondary weapon for quarterback Tom Brady behind tight end Rob Gronkowski.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 12: Julian Edelman
Julian Edelman has not followed up his big 2013 season with another one this year. Should fantasy owners start him this week?

Last year, it was Julian Edelman, but that hasn't carried over to much success this year now that he's not under the radar anyrmore. Even in PPR leagues, he's still only the 20th-best receiver and there has been a huge downward trend in his production. He has topped 50 yards just once since Week 7 despite having some favorable matchups.
This week, he'll get bad matchup against the Detroit Lions, who rank as the third-toughest defense against fantasy receivers. Plus, they haven't been burned off by slot receivers. A couple prime examples include Green Bay Packers receiver Randall Cobb and New York Giants receiver Victor Cruz (in Week 1).
Fantasy impact: He’s still a low-end WR2 in PPR, but owners in standard leagues should consider him as a FLEX guy.
