Buccaneers-Bears fantasy projections: Mike Evans, Brandon Marshall, Matt Forte are players to watch in Week 12
We break down the Week 12 matchup between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Chicago Bears.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers
It's official, wide receiver Mike Evans has staked his claim to fantasy prominence thanks to three straight weeks of fantastically good fantasy statistics. Evans has five touchdowns in those three games and last week went off for two scores to go along with a whopping 209 receiving yards. He was nearly 100-percent of the Buccaneers' passing offense last week. Evans will no doubt be a starter in every fantasy lineup this week against the Bears, as he should be.
Throwing him the ball will be former Chicago Bears backup quarterback and present-day Buccaneers starter Josh McCown. McCown played his best game of the season last week against Washington, throwing those two touchdown passes to Evans and totaling 288 passing yards. More importantly than those numbers is the fact that she did not throw any interceptions in a game, something that’s been a problem for McCown in his previous three appearances. He will have to be on his game to beat the Bears, but then again Chicago’s defense isn’t the most intimidating anymore.
Chicago Bears
Don't look now, but after being held off of the scoreboard in four straight games, wide receiver Brandon Marshall has now found the end zone three times in the last two weeks. It's the perfect time for Marshall to get hot given that the fantasy playoffs are right around the corner. In those two games he has 15 catches for 202 yards to go with those 3 touchdowns. The Buccaneers give up the second most fantasy points to wide receivers this season. Do the math, Marshall is a good bet to go off for a third straight week.
As usual when the Bears decide to run the ball, Matt Forte will be the player to watch. Although he only has three rushing touchdowns on the season, Forte is one of the league's most complete running backs as he can also produce via the passing game. He's an absolute superstar and PPR leagues and no matter what the Bears passing game Jets from its wide receivers, Forte always finds a way to get his piece. He's played well in every single game this season except for a blowout loss to the Green Bay Packers two weeks ago, but of course that was more a product of the game situation rather than poor play from Forte. He is an automatic starter no matter who the team is matching up against.
