Cardinals-Seahawks fantasy projections: Andre Ellington, Russell Wilson, Marshawn Lynch are on the radar
We break down the Week 12 matchup between the Arizona Cardinals and Seattle Seahawks.

Arizona Cardinals
Running back Andre Ellington (hip, foot) has been limited in practice all week and he's averaging just 1.75 yards a carry in the last two games, so one has to wonder if maybe it's better to sit him out against the Seahawks. That said, sometimes things have a way of working out and Ellington is a really good running back that can't be held down for too long. Even though he might indeed be ailing he's still getting the ball a lot, so fantasy owners can start him, just be aware that he may not be 100 percent.
His ineffectiveness of late may mean that quarterback Drew Stanton will have to throw the ball more often. Stanton threw for 306 yards and two touchdowns last week against the Detroit Lions. Although he did also throw two interceptions in the game, the Lions defense is pretty good and the Cardinals did end up taking home the win, so he can be forgiven. Hopefully he can limit the turnovers against an equally good Seattle defense. If he does, it could mean a nice day for his fantasy owners.
Seattle Seahawks
The Seahawks had a three-game winning streak snapped in Kansas City last week, but it wasn't for lack of effort from quarterback Russell Wilson, who still put up some healthy numbers. His 178-yard passing day and two touchdowns to go with 71 yards rushing isn't bad at all. He will likely be in for a similar kind of game against Arizona, a team with some pretty good cornerbacks. Wilson should be able to put up his numbers, the question is whether he can limit turnovers against a good defense.
Of course a familiar face will be leading the charge for Seattle on the ground. That would be Mr. Beast Mode himself, Marshawn Lynch. If Lynch appears to be growing tired of playing for the Seahawks, it hasn't seemed to affect his play at all. He had 124 yards rushing last week and although he didn't find the end zone, Lynch does have a combined four scores and 264 rushing yards in the last two games, which is pretty darn good. He will be up to his old smash mouth ways against the Cardinals and aside from Wilson, is the most reliable weapon the team has for fantasy owners to take advantage of.
