Fantasy impact: This is about as difficult as it can get for fantasy owners. Thomas is one of the league’s best tight ends and is typically a must-start player. However, a decision won’t be made until after the bulk of Sunday’s games have kicked off for the day. Fantasy owners should consider other starters for Week 12. Even if Thomas suits up, he may see a limited snap count at less than 100 percent. Tamme may not be a suitable backup plan. He hasn’t put up impressive numbers during the rare instances that Thomas didn’t play.
