The Houston Texans are sorely missing running back Arian Foster after Sunday's loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. Regardless, Alfred Blue has a firm hold on feature back duties while Foster recovers from a groin injury. Blue rushed for just 46 yards on 16 carries in Week 12. He added three catches for 20 yards to his day. Blue doesn't have tremendous physical upside and isn't anywhere near the talent of Foster, but Blue has virtually no competition for the workload when Foster isn't playing. Considering Foster was a game-time decision on Sunday, it's easy to assume he'll return for Week 13.
Fantasy football waiver wire, Week 13: Alfred Blue holds fantasy value until Arian Foster returns
Alfred Blue is a must-own in fantasy as long as Arian Foster remains sidelined. We take a look at what to expect moving forward.

Fantasy impact: Week 12 was a disappointment for Blue owners, especially after his 156 rushing yards on a ridiculous 36 carries against the Cleveland Browns in Week 11. Houston's offense was completely off rhythm all day, so it wasn't entirely Blue's fault. The Texans will want to establish the run early and often against the Tennessee Titans in Week 13. However, Foster's return will render Blue useless for fantasy purposes. Blue owners should hang tight until word of Foster's return becomes official. If Foster misses another week, Blue will remain an RB2.
