Rashad Jennings is back in the starting lineup for the New York Giants, but his backup isn't out of the picture. Andre Williams rushed for 35 yards and a touchdown on 10 carries in Week 12 against the Dallas Cowboys.
Fantasy football waiver wire, Week 13: Andre Williams bounces back
After rushing for just 2 yards last week, Andre Williams found the end zone again on Sunday night. We break down the fantasy implications.

Williams finished last week with 6 total yards, but he proved on Sunday night that he’ll still be in the mix for carries going forward. Williams has now scored a touchdown in three of his last four games.
Fantasy impact: After seeing him take a backseat in Week 11, owners abandoned ship on Williams. But keep in mind the Giants were facing a tough San Francisco 49ers defense and Eli Manning threw five interceptions. Back in an tight matchup with the Cowboys, Williams was utilized for short-yardage work. He also vultured a 3-yard touchdown from Jennings in the second quarter.
Clearly Jennings is a more versatile back who will handle the majority of the workload, but Williams can be used as a flex play in deep leagues. If you’re desperate at running back, he’s worth a shot. Touchdown-only leagues should also keep him in the mix.
