Latavius Murray still in concussion protocol, Week 13 fantasy status uncertain
Latavius Murray has yet to be cleared from his concussion and didn’t participate in the team’s walkthrough on Monday. We break down the fantasy implications.

With 10 days of rest, Murray is tentatively expected to be cleared in time for the Raiders' Week 13 game against the St. Louis Rams on Sunday. Finally emerging as the team's lead back, Murray gave the offense a much-needed spark and helped get Oakland its first win of the season. Despite missing over half the game, Murray still had 112 rushing yards and two touchdowns on just four carries against the Chiefs.
Fantasy impact: Interim head coach Tony Sparano said that Murray has earned more playing time going forward, and we expect him to keep his word with the 1-10 Raiders in full-on evaluation mode. Murray needs to be owned in every fantasy league and carries solid RB2 value for the stretch run. It’s just a matter of whether he’ll be cleared to play on Sunday, and we won’t know more about that until the team returns to practice later in the week. Stay tuned.
