Miami Dolphins tight end Charles Clay (knee) returned to practice with the team on Wednesday after missing the club's Week 12 game against the Denver Broncos. Clay should be ready to start when the Dolphins take on the New York Jets in Week 13.
Charles Clay returns to practice, ready to return to fantasy lineups
The Dolphins tight end sat out last week but is ready to play against the New York Jets. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: Prior to the start of the season, some fantasy experts pegged Clay as a player who might increase his production in 2014 and become more of a consistent threat in the Dolphins’ passing game. Although he does have two touchdowns on the season, it’s safe to say that hasn’t really happened.
Miami gets most of its offensive output from running back Lamar Miller and wide receiver Mike Wallace. That said, Clay does have at least five receptions in each of his last three games, which means that even though he doesn't post high yardage totals often he still has value in PPR leagues.
Fantasy owners should consider starting him in deeper leagues given that the Dolphins are facing up against a lackluster New York Jets squad in Week 13.
