It's hard to imagine that changing for Thursday's game against the Seattle Seahawks. The 49ers have a tough schedule over the next three weeks with the Seahawks taking up two of those games. Seattle's pass defense might not be where it was a season ago, but the Seahawks have been playing better as the season has progressed. Now, that secondary is ranked third in the league with 208.5 passing yards allowed per game.
Fantasy Impact: Kaepernick and the 49ers need a big win on Thursday, by all accounts. But Kaepernick hasn’t been a smart fantasy football option to this point and he will not be on Thursday. Fantasy owners should look elsewhere at the quarterback position this week, if possible.
