Fantasy football projections, Week 13: Seahawks-49ers featuring Russell Wilson, Marshawn Lynch and Colin Kaepernick
We break down the Week 13 matchup between the Seattle Seahawks and the San Francisco 49ers.

Seattle Seahawks
No team in the NFL has given up fewer points to fantasy quarterbacks than the 49ers, which means that Russell Wilson will have his work cut out for him in Week 13. After some spectacular performances at the beginning of the season, Wilson's numbers have leveled off over the last couple of weeks. He rushed 10 times for 73 yards against the Arizona Cardinals last week and was able to find the end zone only once in the passing game while throwing for 211 yards. Fantasy owners can only hope that he sprinkles additional touchdown or two against the 49ers on to those kind of numbers. If he does, it may be enough to help owners clinch a playoff spot.
When Wilson isn't scrambling for yards, that responsibility will fall into the hands of running back Marshawn Lynch, who ran for just 39 yards on 15 carries last week. He faced a Cardinals run defense that is one of the best in the NFL, so fantasy owners shouldn't be too upset or surprised by the low output. However, Lynch is dealing with some back issues and participating in limited practices leading up to game day. He's still projected to do well against the 49ers.
San Francisco 49ers
Much like his counterpart in Seattle, quarterback Colin Kaepernick has put up predictably average fantasy numbers over the last couple weeks and will hope to rebound from a mediocre performance against Washington in Week 12. He managed to throw for 256 yards, one touchdown and one interception. The 49ers did win the game, but Kaepernick scrambled for just 14 yards even though he had nine attempts, and he simply looked to be out of sync at times. Seattle presents a difficult challenge, but Kaep will no doubt be doing everything he can to match Wilson in a game that should have a playoff feel to it.
In the passing game, Kaepernick will look to Anquan Boldin, who all of a sudden has found the end zone three times over the last four games after scoring just once in the first seven weeks of the season. Boldin caught nine passes for 137 yards to go with that score against Washington, but in Week 13 he will be facing a pass defense that has given up the fewest points to fantasy wide receivers. He should still be in starting lineups based on the fact that he's been so hot over the last month, but fantasy owners shouldn't be surprised if Boldin is shut down by the Seahawks.
