Raiders-Rams fantasy projections, Week 13: Tre Mason, Derek Carr, Kenny Britt among the names to watch
We break down the Week 13 matchup between Oakland Raiders and the St. Louis Rams.

Oakland Raiders
Rookie running back Latavius Murray will be out this week, having failed to clear the NFL's concussion protocol. After an explosive performance against the Kansas City Chiefs, he will be replaced in the lineup by Darren McFadden. McFadden is a modest flex option at this point.
The fact that Oakland may finally have some semblance of a running game for the remainder of the season could open things up for rookie quarterback Derek Carr, who completed 18 passes last week for 174 yards and a touchdown in the team's first win of the season. The St. Louis Rams are not too shabby when it comes to playing defense, so it won't be easy, but there is a chance that Carr could find more receivers open down the field now that opponents actually have to have a strategy to defend against Oakland's rush attack.
St. Louis Rams
While he failed to lead the Rams to a second straight victory against the San Diego Chargers last week, veteran quarterback Shaun Hill has finally been able to help the Rams move the ball down the field in the passing game. He needs to limit his turnovers moving forward, but if he can do that, Hill could turn out to be a surprise fantasy stud in Week 13. He's not exactly Tom Brady, but he is definitely a better fantasy option than Austin Davis.
Hill will look to stop the Raiders from getting their second straight victory in order to do so, he will need to find wide receiver Kenny Britt for some big plays down the field. Britt is a boom or bust option just because of the team that he's on, but if the dynamite does indeed go boom, he could be working on his second 100-yard receiving game in three weeks. Make no mistake about it, the Raider secondary unit has been fairly good at limiting wide receivers in terms of fantasy points scored, but somebody in the Rams' offense has got to produce and it might as well be the team's best pass catcher.
