The Week 13 matchup between the Tennessee Titans and the Houston Texans features two teams that don't exactly have the best quarterbacks in the league. We've got the fantasy projections for you courtesy of numberFire.
Bishop Sankey, Arian Foster, DeAndre Hopkins are great fantasy options in Titans-Texans
We break down the Week 13 matchup between the Tennessee Titans and the Houston Texans.

Tennessee Titans
Rookie quarterback Zach Mettenberger threw for a career-high 345 passing yards to go with a pair of touchdown passes in last week's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. His gaudy numbers were no doubt a result of being blown out early by one of the best teams in the NFL, but everything still counts in the fantasy world. Sunday's game against the Texans should be a little bit closer in terms of the final score, but that shouldn't scare anybody away from taking a chance on Mettenberger. He has had two solid weeks in a row and the Titans should be relaxed given that they have nothing to play for, so the rookie passer definitely has some fantasy value in Week 13.
His partner in crime will be fellow rookie Bishop Sankey, who will look to improve on his season-high 61 yards rushing in a game against the Texans. It's going to be a tall order against a defense that boasts the likes of J.J. Watt on the defensive line, but Sankey could see upwards of 15 carries in the game, which is plenty of opportunity to make an impact, even against a good defense.
Houston Texans
After missing the last two games with a groin injury, running back Arian Foster is expected to return against the Titans. Out of the eight games he's played this year, Foster has eclipsed the 100 yard rushing plateau six times and there's a pretty good chance he'll be able to do it again against Tennessee, even if he plays at less than full strength. When he is in the lineup there is pretty much no reason not to start him and he could reward his fantasy owners for doing so in Week 13. Remember that the Titans gave up over 200 yards-plus to the Steelers' Le'Veon Bell just two weeks ago.
Helping out Foster will be wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins, who should benefit from seeing quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick back under center this week. Statistically speaking, Hopkins sees way more targets when Fitzpatrick is in the lineup then when Ryan Mallett calls the shots. Fortunately, the Mallett experiment was short lived in Houston, making Hopkins a potential reception machine against one of the worst secondary units in the NFL. For fantasy owners who haven't been happy with Hopkins' lack of production of lead should give him another shot in Week 13.
