Indianapolis Colts running back Trent Richardson is not very good. He only had a 2.9 yards-per-carry average last season and he's done absolutely nothing to deserve touches in one of the best offenses in football this season. The loss of Ahmad Bradshaw might have helped Richardson get more looks, but it didn't happen.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 13: Dan Herron
Dan Herron looks to have won the starting job. Should his fantasy owners

Backup Dan Herron is expected to get the start against Washington on Sunday after receiving 12 carries and five receptions against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 12. He should get a similar workload, but a fumble last week might give him a shorter leash.
The bad news is that Washington has been a bad matchup this season. They are the fourth toughest for backs and have kept teams under 100 yards in six of their last seven weeks while allowing a TD to a back just twice in that span.
Fantasy impact: Herron is worth owning in all leagues, but fantasy owners might want to avoid using him this week.
