The Jaguars are not playing well and they have been struggling big time against the run. They've allowed four rushing TDs in the previous three games while giving up 142 rushing yards to backs in that span. Teams have been running on them more and it has a lot to do with quarterback Blake Bortles throwing so many picks.
Jennings has seen most of the carries now that he's over his knee injury and there's no reason to think he will lose touches to Andre Williams.
Fantasy impact: For the first time in two months, Jennings has reached must-start status. Fantasy owners should plug him in as a RB10-12 this week with a huge upside.
