Against the Jaguars, a week after picking up just 25 yards in limited action against the Baltimore Ravens, Hill carried the ball 24 times for 154 yards and a pair of touchdowns. He has 74 carries for 349 yards and five touchdowns on the season and a strong per-carry average of 4.7 yards.
Fantasy Impact: The Browns aren’t great against the run, as they allow 139.6 rushing yards per game on average. That’s 30th in the league, and Hill has been running strong lately. He’s a must-start in the event that Bernard isn’t 100 percent healthy, and that’s certainly the case for Thursday’s prime time matchup. Hill should be considered a high-end running back this week.
