The Cleveland Browns continue to get the best of their opponents in 2014. They improved to 6-3 on the year with a 24-3 win over the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 10, pulling even with the Pittsburgh Steelers for first place in the AFC North.
Terrance West leads Browns in fantasy points in Week 10 against Bengals
All three Browns running backs managed to score on Thursday night. We break down the fantasy implications.

Cleveland relied on the run game again Thursday night, and three of its running backs scored touchdowns. Let’s take a look at the fantasy performances from the Browns in Week 10.
Brian Hoyer: He completed 15-of-23 passes for 198 yards against the Bengals. The Browns scored three times near the goal line by using all three of their running backs. Hoyer wasn't asked to do much, which doesn't come as a surprise if you watched the Bengals' offense at all. Andy Dalton's play ensured the Browns could ride their running backs until the clock ran all the way out. Hoyer was also playing without Jordan Cameron and Andrew Hawkins. He only has two games this season with multiple touchdowns. Josh Gordon's return will help, but Hoyer is much more than a desperation fantasy play.
Terrance West: The rookie led the backfield with 26 carries for 94 yards and a touchdown. West looks like he's going to continue playing the lead role in the Browns' committee backfield approach. Ben Tate and Isaiah Crowell each finished with a touchdown, but they didn't hinder West from leading the running game last in the fourth quarter. If you're looking to buy West, you can probably get him at a cheaper price after seeing so much volatility in Cleveland.
Isaiah Crowell and Ben Tate: Crowell rushed for 41 yards and a touchdown on 12 carries with Tate picked up 34 yards and a touchdown on 10 carries. Tate also caught two passes for 27 yards. Both running backs were mixed into the gameplan throughout the night, but it was clear West was going to be the leading rusher as he continued to have success on the ground in the third and fourth quarters.
Going forward, it’s tough to tell which Browns running back will hold more value. The three-man committee is a realistic approach Kyle Shanahan will continue to use. Crowell and Tate both flashed some talent when they got the call on Thursday night. West, though, appears to be the running back out in front.
