Lacy's status is now unclear for Sunday's Week 15 game against the Buffalo Bills. He suffered the hip injury in last Monday's win over the Atlanta Falcons and could very well be held out on a short week. James Starks will get the start if Lacy can't go.
Fantasy impact: After a slow start to the season, Lacy has reasserted himself as a rock-solid RB1, recording 1,228 total yards and 11 touchdowns on the season. We’ll know more about his status after Friday’s injury report comes out, but fantasy owners need to have Starks on their roster just in case. Starks is one of the better handcuffs in fantasy and rushed for 75 yards in Lacy’s absence Monday night. He’ll be an acceptable flex play for the fantasy semifinals.
