What was even more surprising was that he had a five-score game in Week 13, so the dud came as a bit of a shock.

This week, he gets another phenomenal matchup against the Chicago Bears. The Bears are the second-best matchup for fantasy quarterbacks and have allowed more than 315 yards passing in four of their last six with 19 passing touchdowns allowed in that span. The game is in Chicago, but it's not expected to be too windy. This game also has an over/under of 54, so the points should be coming in bunches on Monday Night Football.
Fantasy impact: His owners have to forgive him for his dud last week. Brees could wind up being the best fantasy quarterback this week in a huge game for the Saints.
